Apply for the Sales Executive (Key Accounts Manager) Position

Responsibilities will be as per below job description:
  • Handle customers inquiries related to projects department whether over the phone or by emails or face to face meetings
  • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these needs
  • Manage key accounts and customers relationship
  • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Seek out the appropriate contact in different organizations
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets
  • Manage and update the CRM software, and maintain it daily
  • Prepare quotations & proposals related to projects department
  • Work on tender submittals including communication with suppliers, coordination with projects team and sales team
  • Administrative tasks such as filing & document management for the sales department
  • Present sales, revenues and other reports and realistic forecasts to the management
  • Think & work strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business. Design and and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
  • Enhance and continuously improve quotations and proposals format and structure
  • Continuously improve and enhance the sales department processes and procedures to ensure the highest efficiency. Seek ways of improving the way the sales department operates
  • Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
  • Keep well-informed of trends and changes in the business world
Qualifications: Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Arabic is a plus
Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in sales in the UAE for 3+ years
Education: Bachelor’s or above
