Apply for the Sales Executive (Key Accounts Manager) Position
Responsibilities will be as per below job description:
- Handle customers inquiries related to projects department whether over the phone or by emails or face to face meetings
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these needs
- Manage key accounts and customers relationship
- Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Seek out the appropriate contact in different organizations
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Manage and update the CRM software, and maintain it daily
- Prepare quotations & proposals related to projects department
- Work on tender submittals including communication with suppliers, coordination with projects team and sales team
- Administrative tasks such as filing & document management for the sales department
- Present sales, revenues and other reports and realistic forecasts to the management
- Think & work strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business. Design and and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
- Enhance and continuously improve quotations and proposals format and structure
- Continuously improve and enhance the sales department processes and procedures to ensure the highest efficiency. Seek ways of improving the way the sales department operates
- Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
- Keep well-informed of trends and changes in the business world
